Stockholm-listed online gaming operator Betsson has confirmed that chief financial officer Fredrik Rüdén will leave the company in August.

Rüdén has been a part of Betsson's management team since joining the company in 2008 and will continue with his responsibilities until August 31st, with the search for his replacement already underway.

"Fredrik has contributed much to Betsson's success during the nine years he has served as the company's CFO,” said Ulrik Bengtsson, chief executive of Betsson. “I wish him all the best for the future.”

Shares in Betsson AB (Co. Data) (STO:BETS_B) were trading down 0.76 per cent at SEK78.00 per share in Stockholm Thursday morning.
