Stockholm-listed performance marketing specialist Catena Media has altered its agreement with recently acquired SBAT in a move that will see the UK social media sports site's founder Gary Gillis become a full employee of the company.
Catena Media acquired SBAT from Gillis in October of last year for an initial €3.2m, including an additional earn-out of up to €10.5m over a period of two years.
