Swedish gambling regulator Spelinspektionen has issued a warning to operator ATG for allowing unregistered agents to accept bets on its behalf.
The warning is a result of two self-reported incidents in which players were allowed to place bets through terminals hosted by agents at two racetracks, despite ATG having failed to register the agents with the gambling regulator.
The failures constituted a breach of anti-money laundering regulations and the Gaming Act.
