The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has appointed Atholl Duncan as interim chairman to replace Steve Harman who steps down from the role in November.
Duncan currently serves as senior independent director on the BHA board and has been recommended by the nominations committee, which is comprised of representatives of the Racecourse Association, the Racehorse Owners Association, and the Thoroughbred Breeders' Association, among others.
