Stockholm-listed Betsson AB has announced the resignation of Tristan Sjöberg from its board of directors, citing his personal legal dispute with Swedish tax authorities.
Sjöberg has served on the board of Betsson since May and is also a major shareholder in gaming supplier TCS John Huxley, where he serves as executive chairman.
