Sweden’s Unibet Group plc has completed the acquisition of Australian independent bookmaker Betchoice, following approval from the Northern Territory Racing Commission.
Unibet announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of Betchoice Corporation Pty Ltd earlier this month for an initial acquisition price of AUD$20m on a debt free cash free basis, which has been paid as cash up front today.
