Unibet Group plc has completed the acquisition of Nordic Betting, the subsidiary of Sweden’s Modern Times Group which operates the Bet24 brand, for a total consideration of €13.5m ($17.8m).
Following the satisfaction of various regulatory conditions, Unibet has finalised the acquisition of the business and certain assets of Nordic Betting Ltd, trading as Bet24.
