Sports betting and turnkey provider EveryMatrix has entered into an agreement to acquire the Norwegian gaming software developer Miles Ahead, a subsidiary of publicly listed Swedish mobile entertainment provider Aspiro AB.
Miles Ahead specialises in bingo and poker software, both for desktop and mobile, including special apps for iPhone and Android.
