Inspired Gaming Group has sold its amusement and leisure division for an undisclosed amount in order to focus on its fast growing server-based gaming (SBG) and video lottery terminals (VLTs) business.
The private equity backed management buyout will see Playnation, led by Inspired’s former managing director of Leisure division Adam Hodges, take over the company’s Warrington-based amusement and leisure business, with proceeds from the sale being invested to expand Inspired’s gaming technology business internationally.
