The Hesse Ministry of the Interior and Sport (HMDIS) has won its appeal against a court ruling secured by BetVictor, with private operators now blocked from filing legal challenges against the Ministry until the completion of the German licensing process.
The ruling was handed down by the administrative court in the city of Kassel, after HMDIS challenged a ruling which ordered the Ministry to invite BetVictor to participate in a series of consultations with applicants.
