Bee Cave expands casino offering and prepares real-money launch

Texas-based social casino studio Bee Cave Games has expanded the range of games available through its Blackjack Casino app with the limited beta release of slot games, while also confirming plans to launch UK-facing real-money gaming products through a partnership with Betable.

The new slot games were developed in-house, with Bee Cave chief executive Erik Bethke commenting that his company aimed to give customers “the best blackjack and the best slots experience together in one game,” in-keeping with a strategy of “delivering the full casino experience” to users.

Three slots, Creatures of Wonder, Treasure of the Tides and Wilderness Jackpot have gone live, with further games to be added in the coming weeks.

Cash gaming variants of the slots will be available to Bee Cave’s UK customers this calendar year, after the company signed a partnership with real-money gaming platform provider Betable.

Bee Cave joins the likes of Big Fish Games and Digital Chocolate in partnering with Betable, whose CEO Christopher Griffin commented: “The quality of experience that Bee Cave Games brings to its players is extraordinarily high and we are thrilled to enable them to offer real-money play within Blackjack Casino. Developers like Bee Cave are raising the bar for real-money gameplay.”

In related news the Blackjack Casino app had its random number generator certified by Gaming Labs International. The process was completed in September, but has only just been announced.

Bee Cave’s chief operating officer Jeremy Strauser explained that the integrity of its games was “of the utmost importance” to Bee Cave, adding that the company took the step to have its systems certified to show customers “that they will always find a fair game with us.”
