New Jersey sets out regulated sports betting proposals

New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement has published proposed regulations for sports betting ahead of its expected launch in the state later this year.

Recent legislation supplementing Title 5 of New Jersey Revised Statutes and amending the Casino Control Act and the Casino Simulcasting Act, permits sports betting at casinos and racetracks on certain professional and collegiate sports or athletic events.
