The Belgian government has issued three emergency Royal decrees fully detailing its online gaming laws after failing to respond to the European Commission's comments on the legislation by the original deadline.
The government explained that the decrees would serve as a response to the EC’s questions and prevent the commission from initiating default proceedings against Belgium in the European Court of Justice.
