An Irish High Court has backed poker school and affiliate website PokerStrategy.com in its claim against Full Tilt Poker’s former owners Pocket Kings which relates to an outstanding invoice worth US$1.2m.
The claim, brought against Pocket Kings and not related in any way to new Full Tilt owner PokerStars, relates to a marketing agreement between the two companies prior to Full Tilt’s license suspension by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission in June 2011.
