Spread betting and CFD provider London Capital Group (LCG) said Thursday that its shareholders have approved its recently proposed financial plan, bringing an end to Spreadex’s hopes of acquiring the company.
In a statement Thursday, LCG confirmed that shareholders had approved the proposed investment in the company by GLIO Holdings and existing institutional investors during a General Meeting of shareholders.
