Greece’s OPAP has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire a majority stake in mobile phone top-up provider Payzone Hellas for €7.75m.
OPAP’s wholly owned Cyprus-based subsidiary, OPAP Investment, has agreed a deal with Payzone Group and Coltonia Holdings to acquire a 90 per cent stake in Payzone Hellas.
