The UK Advertising Standards Authority has upheld a complaint against an ad for Cassava Enterprises’ LuckyAcePoker.com for failing to clearly communicate the terms and conditions of a promotional bonus.
The online advertisement which appeared on a social networking website offered consumers a free sign-up bonus with text stating: "Join Now & Get £10 Free to play with!".
