The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has agreed to Betfair's limited participation in proceedings relating to the closure of the Trump Plaza, following an opinion from the deputy attorney general on the company's petition.
Lawyers representing Betfair Interactive US petitioned the DGE in late August to intervene in all proceedings relating to the cessation of gaming operations at the Trump Plaza, citing a lack of cooperation by Trump Plaza management.
