Canada's Amaya Gaming Group has agreed a private placement that will bring in up to CAD$46m to help fund growth and international expansion.
Amaya said Wednesday that it has reached agreement with a group of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity for a bought deal private placement of $40.0 million in common shares at a price of $6.25 per share.
