Gaming technology and services provider Playtech has confirmed the acquisition of a live-dealer casino facility in Latvia and a UK-based games developer.
The acquisition of live-dealer casino operator Euro Live Technologies gives Playtech a live casino facility in Latvia for an initial consideration of €1m, with an additional consideration of €3.5m payable in January 2018, subject to achieving performance targets.
