The Intertain Group has expanded its operations with the acquisition of Mandalay Media, owner of a number of leading UK online bingo brands such as Costa Bingo and Sing Bingo, in a deal worth up to £60m.
Intertain recently completed the acquisition of Amaya Gaming’s WagerLogic subsidiary, and has now turned its attention to the UK online bingo market, entering into a share purchase agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Mandalay Media.
