The Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) has written an open letter to lawmakers calling for tighter restrictions on the gambling sector and the introduction of regulations for social gaming.
The letter, signed by BGC president Etienne Marique, strategic advisor Marc Callu and director Peter Naessens, calls on the country’s next government to strengthen the existing regulatory framework and increase the resources available to the regulator to take into account the growth of the Belgian gaming market.
