China’s AGTech Holdings is looking to strengthen its lottery services solutions in China with the proposed acquisition of Score Value Limited for a maximum consideration of HK$489.5m (€46.4m).
AGTech’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Silvercreek Technology Holdings, has entered into a memorandum of association (MoU) in relation to the proposed acquisition of a 100 per cent equity interest in Score Value.
