State Representative John Payne, chair of Pennsylvania’s Gaming Oversight Committee, has introduced new legislation that would allow licensed operators to significantly expand their businesses by launching slot machines in non-primary locations.
The lawmaker has introduced House Bill 1646, which aims to amend Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to permit the roll out of slot machines at ancillary locations.
