Amaya has completed its $4.9bn acquisition of Rational Group, with the online gaming operator’s founders Mark and Isai Scheinberg departing as a result.
Co-founder and chief executive Mark Scheinberg said that having launched the business in 2001, it had grown each year as a result of “constant innovation, unparalleled customer service, and the talent of [a] dedicated workforce.”
