Paul Bittar has announced that he will step down as chief executive of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) early next year after three years in the role.
Bittar was appointed to head British Racing’s governing and regulatory body in September 2011 following an extensive search, having previously served as chief strategy officer at Racing Victoria, and CEO of New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing.
