The UK Gambling Commission has begun handing out licences to iGaming suppliers as it prepares to implement the new Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act in October.
A number of leading suppliers have been awarded Remote Gambling Software Operating Licences, including US suppliers IGT, PokerStars owner Amaya Inc, and Scientific Games, which is licensed through its Barcrest subsidiary.
