bwin.party and others challenge “unjustified” Hungarian blacklist

A number of operators have had their internet domains temporarily removed from Hungary’s blacklist of illegal online gaming sites, after filing suit against the country’s regulator.

The Gambling Supervision Department, a division of Hungary's National Tax and Customs Administration, blacklisted 10 websites in July, claiming that they targeted Hungarian customers without official authorisation.
