Australian gaming giant Tabcorp has completed its AUD$105.5m acquisition of state-owned betting agency ACTTAB from the Australian Capital Territory.
The completion follows the receipt of necessary approvals, including clearance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and various regulatory agencies.
