Identity management specialist GB Group has announced a sale and purchase agreement to acquire fraud prevention and ID verification solutions provider CDMS Limited, trading as Transactis, for a total consideration of up to £6m.
Liverpool-based Transactis aggregates customers' transactional data and delivers anti-fraud and marketing-related services to companies in both the private and public sectors.
