The Italian government has amended its online gaming legislation to significantly expand the number of virtual sports events that can be broadcast each day, in a move that has been welcomed by market leader Inspired.
The new legislation quadruples the current limit of 500 virtual events per day to 2,000 across both land-based and digital channels, as well as expanding opening times by an additional two hours per day until 3AM, from today (March 1st).
