Betfair's TVG has acquired the HRTV horse racing television network from The Stronach Group, in a deal which will bring together the US' leading racetracks under a single TV network.
The deal will see HRTV’s television operations combined with Betfair's TVG network, with Betfair to own 100 per cent of the equity in the unified television platform.
