Court dismisses Caesars lawsuit over Massachusetts withdrawal

A Federal Court has ruled in favour of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) and dismissed a lawsuit from casino operator Caesars Entertainment Corporation which had claimed that the commission had unfairly favoured a competing casino licensing bid from rival Wynn Resorts.
