Hesse judge slams German sports betting licensing process

The Administrative Court of Hessen has strongly criticised the implementation of Germany’s controversial iGaming licensing process, ordering the Hessen Ministry of the Interior and Sport (HMDIS) to reassess a previously rejected application by an Austrian operator.
