Further developing its presence within the U.S horseracing and pari-mutuel betting industry, Webis Holdings plc said Thursday that its pari-mutuel operation, European Wagering Services (EWS), has acquired Nevada-based WatchandWager.com LLC for a total cash consideration of $0.1 million.
EWS has acquired the domain name, trademark and assets of WatchandWager.com, which is licensed by the state of North Dakota Racing Commission (NDRC).
