Texas Representative Richard Peña Raymond has introduced a bill to regulate daily fantasy sports (DFS) by classifying the contests as games of skill.
House Bill 1457 describes DFS as a "bona fide contest for the determination of the skill of the participant in assembling a fictional team of sports athletes".
