Sweden’s Betsson has established a new Curacao-licensed gaming company which will focus its operations on approximately 30 countries in South America, Africa and Europe that have varying potential but lie outside of Betsson’s core markets.

Betsson has conducted gaming activities in its subsidiaries through a number of gaming platforms, but is expected to soon launch a new gaming platform which will allow the company to operate all of its gaming solutions on one gaming platform.

Betsson believes there is an opportunity to use the old gaming platforms to develop a new gaming company which can utilise the advantages a small “niched” gaming company can offer the market.
