The US state of Pennsylvania is assessing the business plans of prospective private managers of the state lottery as it seeks to maximise revenues to help fund programs for “a dramatically growing senior population”.
Pennsylvania has been investigating the growth opportunities presented by private managers since the start of the year and in April issued a Request for Qualifications from private sector firms.
