AIM-listed Media Corporation said Wednesday that it will be renamed as Inta plc to reflect the break from its past association with the now defunct online gaming brand Purple Lounge, and to allow the company to launch new gaming brands utilising its recently acquired Intabet technology.
Media Corp said that the company’s board has completed a programme to assess how best to develop the group’s existing technologies and achieve sustainable profitability.
