The positioning for a slice of the US online gaming market just got dirty as the American Gaming Association (AGA) filed an objection to PokerStars’ casino licence application in New Jersey

The AGA brief, which was sent to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and Division of Gaming Enforcement, is a document full of inflammatory language about profits derived from criminal activities. PokerStars considers the whole document to be defamatory.
