French online gaming regulator L’Autorité de Régulation des Jeux en Ligne (ARJEL) has revealed that nearly 75 per cent of gamblers in the country play just one game vertical, as it embarks on a larger study to better understand player behaviour.

The first study took place over the first six months of 2013, with ARJEL interviewing “tens of thousands of players” with at least one active account, aiming to map out player activity across the three legal verticals from January to May.
