The Minnesota State Lottery is considering initiating a Request for Proposal process next year for a new gaming service vendor, with the lottery’s current deal with software supplier GTECH due to expire in February 2016.

The lottery is seeking the services of a gaming consultant to provide services relating to the drafting of a Request for Proposal for what it calls “online gaming system services”, which includes online games operating through computer terminals at retail locations, as well as internet sales of lottery games.
