Spain’s economic problems have prompted significant changes in the country’s gambling habits, with players spending less time and money playing games, while a substantial portion choose illegal iGaming sites, a new report reveals.

The report was carried out by the non-profit research arm of gaming operator Codere, the Codere Foundation, and the Institute for Policy and Governance of the University Carlos III of Madrid (IPOLGOB).
