The chief executive of Canada’s Intertain Group has revealed that the company will look to complete an additional acquisition by the end of 2014, as it prepares to launch an aggressive customer acquisition campaign under returning chief marketing officer Peter Marcus.

Marcus returns as chief marketing officer having previously managed the marketing and advertising of the InterCasino brand between 2004 and 2008 under CryptoLogic's ownership. At the time, InterCasino was one of the leading iGaming brands in the US market, before it shifted its focus to Europe following passage of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in 2006.
