US online gaming operator Ultimate Gaming has withdrawn its poker and casino products from New Jersey after its land-based partner, Trump Entertainment Resorts, filed for bankruptcy earlier this month.

The agreement between the two companies has been terminated with immediate effect, and all casino and poker activity in the state stopped as of yesterday (Sunday September 21st).

In announcing its withdrawal from the state, Ultimate accused Trump of “multiple breaches” of the partnership agreement signed in July last year.
