Finland's state-controlled gaming operator Rahaautomaattiyhdistys (RAY) has abandoned plans to open a second land-based casino in Finland.
The Finnish government granted RAY a permit to establish a casino in eastern Finland in 2012, which would have been the country's second casino alongside Casino Helsinki.
