Swedish operator Betsson has reached a settlement with the former owners of Nordic Gaming Group (NGG), over a disputed earn-out payment for the online gaming business which it acquired in April 2012.

Under the terms of the original agreement, Betsson set a maximum additional purchase price of €20m as part of its acquisition of NGG, with the sum based on the gaming operator's performance in 2012.
