Playtech chief executive Mor Weizer vowed to complete a transformative acquisition during 2015 but his opening address at ICE Totally Gaming was focused on the more prosaic themes of data analysis, convergence and mobile.

Weizer and CFO Ron Hoffman outlined the themes that Playtech’s 150-strong ICE team would be selling to delegates based around the “omnichannel” services it provides to flagship clients such as Finland’s RAY, which has just signed a 20-year extension with the supplier, and Gala Coral.

“Playtech is the only supplier that offers operators the opportunity to offer the same content based on the same infrastructure in shops, online and on their mobile phones,” said Weizer.
