Playtech chief executive Mor Weizer has stressed the importance of offering customers solutions that encompass all channels, as the supplier looks to capitalise on another year of record revenue and further develop its sports betting offering.

Speaking following the publication of the company’s full-year results, Weizer said that Playtech would focus on seamlessly integrating land-based, online and mobile channels in 2015 under its omni-channel strategy.

“Omni-channel is the future,” he explained. “It’s not hype, it’s not jargon, it means that customer journey is evolving to take in all channels and our efforts to offer a genuinely omni-channel solution make us the natural choice for potential clients.”
