Stride Gaming, a UK-facing online gaming operator chaired by former Sportingbet CEO Nigel Payne, has revealed that it is to list its shares on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) later this month as it looks to raise at least £10m.

The company was formed following the acquisition of Table Top Entertainment (TTE) by Daub Alderney last September, and owns a number of online bingo brands such as Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants Bingo, Jackpot Café and Jackpot Liner, alongside online casino brands Spin and Win and Magical Vegas.

It is seeking to raise at least £10m and seek admission of its ordinary shares to trading on London's AIM market on Tuesday May 19th, in order to support the company's strategic "buy and build" and organic growth strategies.
